Body Basics are mineral blends to help maintain our various body systems. The Morning and Evening Basics together contain the basic minerals needed by the body. These minerals have been separated into morning and evening servings to separate opposing minerals. When minerals are combined correctly, the body is better able to utilize them.

Morning and Evening Basics are convenient, easy-to-use mineral supplements. Their advanced delivery system provides superior mineral nutrition with maximum absorption and assimilation.

Morning Basics Ingredients:
  • Magnesium
  • Potassium
  • Zinc
  • Selenium
  • Vitamin C (as 100% pure ascorbic acid)
  • Sulfur
  • Manganese
  • Potassium Sorbate (a natural preservative)
  • Purified Water

The Evening Basics has been discontinued due to a problem with its shelf life. The minerals used in its formulation may be purchased individually.

Suggested Use for Adults:

  • Morning Basics: 1/2 to 1 ounce (1 to 2 tablespoons) in the morning with a meal. May be added to fruit or vegetable juice.
     
    Instead of the Evening Basics you may use:
  •  
  • Calcium: 1/2 to 1 ounce (1 to 2 tablespoons) daily in the evening. May be added to fruit or vegetable juice.
  • Copper: 1/2 to 1 teaspoon daily in the evening. May be added to fruit or vegetable juice.
  • Chromium: 1/2 to 1 teaspoon daily in the evening. May be added to fruit or vegetable juice.
  • Sodium: 1/2 to 1 teaspoon daily in the evening. May be added to fruit or vegetable juice.
  • Boron: 1 teaspoon to 1/2 ounce (1 tablespoon) daily in the evening. May be added to fruit or vegetable juice.

Consult a health care practitioner for use with all individuals, especially those under the age of 14.

Important Notes:
  • These days even well balanced diets may not provide all the essential nutrients. In 1936 Rex Beach stated in Senate Document #264, "The alarming fact is that foods--fruits and vegetables and grains--now being raised on millions of acres of land that no longer contains enough of certain needed minerals, are starving us--no matter how much of them we eat!" Do our farm lands produce any better crops today?
     
  • The suggested daily amounts for these blends is an absolute minimum intended to supplement a very well balanced diet. Should your diet be less than perfect, increasing your mineral intake may be beneficial.
